Meet the teachers
Principal Sophie
All our instructors and coaches are DBS checked, first aid trained and qualified in what they do.
Principal Sophie is an IDTA Associate Freestyle Qualifed Instructor, also Level 1 Cheerleading Coach and an Acrobatic Arts Certified Coach. Teaching is her passion and seeing children do what they love and express themselves freely is why Sophie loves what she does! I can't wait for the future of SJ
Senior Instructor Gemma
Senior Instructor Gemma loves cheerleading!She teaches our SJ Cheer Squad on a Monday with Sophie. Gemma is a qualifed Cheerleading Coach as well as being an Associate level qualified instructor. Her favourite part about teaching is seeing the results of her students hard work and determination. Gemma has danced with Sophie since she was 7!
Senior Instructor Danni
Senior Instructor Danni has danced with Principal Sophie since she was 10! Danni has a passion for dance and this is her dream job. She is an Associate level qualified instructor and teaches all day every day 6 days a week!
Instructor Grace
Instructor Grace loves teaching the children. She has a Diploma in Dance and has danced all her life including performances at the Royal Albert Hall, Sadlers Wells and the Birmingham Hippodrome.
Instructor Helena
Instructor Helena has a London College Music diploma as well as Musical Theatre training. Helena has had years of experience performing including perofmring at her m majesty's theatre. Helena also sings as a hobby and is her main passion!
Instructor Beth
Instructor Beth has done IDTA musical theatre for 9 years as well as doing Drama at A Level. As a child she also performed tap! Beth is also qualified to work with additional needs and is a qualified nursery nurse. As a hobby Beth created stunning nail art designs and sells them on Etsy!
Coach Olly
Football Coach Olly teaches at our Holiday workshops and supports Aston Villa Football Club! He is also an FA Mini Soccer Referee as well as being FA level 1 qualified in coaching football.
Coach Tom
Football Coach Tom teaches our weekly football classes at Temple Grafton, Beoley and Arrow Vale. Tom has FA coaching badges and loves motivating young people in his sessions. He is also a big Aston Villa Fan!
